We will not sail in heavy rain, thick fog, high winds, thunder and lightning etc. However, we will sail in overcast conditions, light to medium fog and in intermittent sprinkles. The final decision to sail resides with Hindu Charters LLC. If you’ve purchased a ticket and do not show up because of the weather, and the boat sails, your ticket is not refundable.
You may cancel your tickets at least 48 hours before your sail for a full refund. Your tickets are valid only for your scheduled date and time. You may schedule a different date and time if you make your change two days in advance. Once inside the two-day period, we will refund tickets only if we cancel the sail because of weather.
There is a pay by hour city parking lot (Waterfront Brewery) adjacent to the dock at the corner of Caroline and Margaret street. Please allow plenty of time to find a space, use the pay kiosk (credit card or cash), place the parking receipt in your dash and walk the dock to the boat. If that lot is full (often around sunset), there’s a covered city parking garage at the corner of Caroline and Grinnell Streets. There is some on-street parking but do not park in a space marked residential or you may be towed. The free Duval Loop (pink bus) stops just around the corner on Caroline Street.
There is a public pay to park lot at the base of MacMillan Pier, which is the most convenient location for parking. It does however fill up during peak season, so plan to give yourself plenty of time to find parking, and then get to the boat 10 to 15 minutes before it’s scheduled time of departure!

MacMillian Pier Parking lot, MPL, located in the center of town by Lopes Sq. is a manned lot. Take a ticket from the dispenser on the way in and when you exit you turn the ticket into the cashier for payment we accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
